Snow Day
It's been snowing quite a bit here in Rifle. Good thing we bought a snow shovel. Saturday, Trapper went on to work, and Jackson and I started to do our normal routine until we noticed it snowing outside. Our driveway was covered so I thought it might be fun for the both of us if we got out and shoveled the snow. I'd consider it my exercise for the day. I dressed up Jackson and then just as I went to get myself dressed, I THOUGHT I heard the garage door open. But that's always a hope in the back of my mind that Trapper will come home early. I also had the dryer going, so I didn't think much of it. Then I heard a door shut, so I ran to the garage door and opened it, and there he was!! Home from work! YEAH! Play day! We got our clothes on and headed over to Josh and Sally's to get our snow shovel and play in the snow a little with Annabelle. The play didn't last long, but it was pretty fun--ny nonetheless. haha Jackson was so bundled up he reminded me of the little boy, Ralphy's younger brother, in "A Christmas Story." His jacket doesn't fit, his hat doesn't fit, and his gloves don't fit. It's no wonder he had a hard time keeping himself steady. hehe

That is awesome. Next year the snow will be better for him to play in.
