Bowling Night

Jackson got a bowling game for Christmas, and he tries to play with it, but Braden continually gets in the way and knocks his pins down, so we took him to a bowling alley on Saturday. It was his first time and he did REALLY well. Duh....there were bumpers, but watch the video and watch how he throws the ball. We didn't even teach him how to throw it. I don't know, I think it's pretty dang amazing for a two year old.

We had to ask for the lightest ball they had. As you can see it was light enough for Jackson to hold. Even I used it, 'cause my wrist always starts hurting if I use the bigger balls.

Braden had a few turns as well! He loved trying to roll it, but I think he enjoyed trying to run out onto the lane more. He really wanted to go knock down those pins! haha Thus, we had to hold him for most of the game.

Oh, these two are so funny. Jackson loves to hug Braden, but Braden can't really stand it. He pushes Jackson away most of the time. He sure wants to do everything Jackson does though! They're constantly imitating each other and chasing each other around the house. I'd certainly be lying if I said they didn't fight. lol I'm sure we'll see lots of rumbles and tumbles throughout the years.
