One of the biggest decisions you will ever make in life is who you will marry. And I made the BEST decision of all. Trapper proposed to me on a stage in the Kirkham building at BYU-Idaho on April 12, 2005, but I had already made my mind up long ago that I wanted to marry him. I knew he was something special when I met him, but the first time I thought to myself that I had to marry this kid was when I first met his family. I could tell Trapper really loved and respected his mom (an essential quality I needed in a husband), and within moments of meeting his dad I said to myself that if Trapper turned out to be anything like him I would be an extremely lucky woman. So, THANKYOU Kim and Bev for all you've done in raising up my husband. Trapper has always exceeded my expectations and dreams. He's a gentleman. He has never yelled at me. He has always made me feel beautiful and important to him. Like most men, he's not super romantic, but he tells me he loves me EVERYDAY. He truly completes me, because I am a better person when we're together. He's understanding when I'm upset or when my hormones are up and down and everything seems to be irritating me. He comes home after working all day and plays with the kids, gives them baths, and sometimes, he even makes dinner. He never stops. He is more than I deserve, and I know that for the rest of this life and for all eternity, I will be in awe of how wonderful he is. Thankyou, honey, for the best four years! I can't believe one day it will be 30 or even 50 years later and we'll still be in love and enjoying life together. I love you so much!!
