Has anyone seen the Dark Knight yet? What did you think of it? I haven't seen it yet, but I have heard that it's very disturbing. Too disturbing for kids. I read this article that has made me a little hesitant to watch it, even for myself who is 23 years old and should be way past having nightmares about Chucky or Freddy Kreuger. WHICH reminds me: Does anyone else think that the new Willy Wonka movie, with Johnny Depp, is creepy? We watched it on tv last night and the whole time Trapper kept saying, "This is really creepy." haha I agree with him, but it just made me laugh because it was so weird. Anyway, BACK to the Dark Knight. Here's the URL for this article. If you can't get to it, let me know. http://kids.yahoo.com/parents/blog/1001/141--Is+? After you read it, let me know what you think.

We just saw it and both of us didn't like it. It was disturbing. I knew before we went that I wouldn't like it but the fact Stuart didn't like it was something else.
Heath Ledger is amazing in it - amazingly freaky.
I don't think it's good for kids. I wasn't really that disturbed by it. We saw it at 10:50 in the morning though, and all I could think about was eating lunch. It was dark and depressing yes. And there was a lot of killing. So I guess it was a little disturbing, but I get scared really easily and I never felt the need to cover my eyes. Basically, the article is right, it's not good for kids. And I loved the Johnny Depp Willy Wonka. Probably just because I think Johnny Depp is sexy. haha
Okay...I just wrote one comment, then realized it was Colby logged in and not me and it deleted it. But, Colby and I both liked the movie. It was a little disturbing in parts, but nothing that has bothered me since then. We saw it at 4 in the afternoon (cheaper and less scary). It was definitely entertaining though!
