Pregnancy survey

I got this from a girl in the what to expect message boards, and I thought it would be fun to do it and then send it out to all you mommies out there!

How did you know you were pregnant? I spotted for three days but when my period didn't come after that I had a suspicion, so I took a pregnancy test and then another one just to make sure.
How old were you? 22
Was it planned? oh yeah, haha
What foods did you crave? nothing at the time, but at the very end of my pregnancy I craved chocolate and sweets really bad.
Any morning sickness? more like night nausea
Who was your doctor?. my ob Dr. Huebner
Did you find out the sex? YUP
Due date? according to my cycle and the u/s-1/6, but my doctor said 1/14.

Were you induced? nope
Where did you start labor? at my house
How long were you in labor? for about 15 hours
How long did you push? 45 minutes to an hour
Did you have an epidural? three to be exact! the first one didn't work, the second one only worked on one side, but the last one worked like a charm!
Vaginal or C-Section? Vaginal
Was there complications with the labor and delivery? the epidurals. When they gave me the last epidural, I was about 8 or 9 centimeters and my baby's heartbeat started to drop so they had to put me on oxygen until Jackson came out.
Did you cry when they were born? no, but my husband started bawling like a baby! I was a little shocked, but touched nonetheless. haha
Who was in the delivery room? nurses, doctors, husband and mom
Have an episiotomy? It was a 3rd degree laceration
Vacuum or forceps used? neither

*FRIENDS AND FAMILY*How did the grandparents take it?: they were ecstatic!
Did your friends stick by you?: of course! Some of my friends were pregnant too!
Did anyone throw a baby shower?: a friend of my mother's threw me one and then two of my friends did one for me
Has anyone helped since the birth?: women from my church have brought dinners over, but the best help I got was from my mom. She stayed with me for a whole month!!! We live in different states, so it was awesome!
