Small Potty Achievement

Braden peed in the potty! Celebrate good times, come on!!

Actually, what happened was we had just gotten out of the bathtub and the boys were running around naked. We always try to keep Braden pinned down with the towel, otherwise he gets up and immediately pees on the floor. *Lightbulb just flashed in my head* Maybe sitting him on the potty right after bath would be good for him. Hmmm.... Anyway, this time, he got up and ran away. As soon as I saw him peeing, I yelled his name and he immediately stopped. haha I think I scared him. I told him to run to the potty to finish peeing, so we all sat in the bathroom and waited for a minute and read a book. I didn't think he would pee, but I figured it was a good moment to teach him that pee is for the potty--not the floor. But when he got up, there was a few droplets of pee!! Jackson and I cheered for Braden and we all gave high-fives. After that, Jackson was pretty stoked about the potty, so he sat on it too, but no pee pee. Oh well! Even if he sits on the potty for a minute or two, he gets a piece of candy. It was happy moment for both boys! Once we were dressed, we ran downstairs and told Daddy the good news.
