Trapper called me today and informed me that he put a down payment on a rental! He was referred to this house by someone he works with (or something like that) on the first day he was there!!! Crazy! I just can't believe it. It's lucky how this stuff happens. I say that because we found our house here in Houston 2 days after we started house-hunting. Anyway, we wanted to be able to rent a house rather than an apartment just for the sheer fact that we've become accustomed to having a garage and no noisy neighbors above. Believe it or not, this house is only 1 minute away from church. Trapper said that that was what sold him on the house. lol He hates having to drive half an hour to church here in Houston. The down side to this city (Rifle) is that it is SMALL. Trap says that it has a super Wal-mart and one other grocery store. But if we want to go out to eat at a nice restaurant, then we have to go to Glenwood Springs which is 30 minutes away. Houston has been nice just for the fact that we don't have to go far to get whatever we need.
From my understanding, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, an office and big closets. Oh and it has an outdoor patio, which is covered and has a ceiling fan, so it looks like a bedroom with concrete and a missing wall. haha

This house is so intersting to me. With the roofing and the stucco it looks like a southern Colorado home, but yet it is in the mountains. And it is bigger than your house in Houston isn't it? That will be fun when Jackson gets moving. He will love having all that room ro roam!
