You don't need laughing gas for this
For all of you who don't know or don't remember, I had an emergency root canal in December just before Jackson was born. They told me to come back within 6 months to get a crown placed on it. I've had two root canals now and they both went great. However, I've never had a crown put on before. It only took an hour to get a temporary crown (they'll have the actual porcelain crown for me in 3 weeks), but they numbed me up SO good that I looked SUPER goofy for another two hours. By the time Trapper came home from work, it was wearing off, but my smile still looked weird enough that he busted out laughing. He said I looked like a retard. Thanks, Trap. *grr* hehe j/k Anyway, I thought I'd share the embarrassing moment with everyone. I don't mind. Go ahead and laugh. This is me, the retard, right after the dentist. Jackson's like, "What the heck is wrong with her?!"

Now that is nice! I have never had a root canal or crowns or anything like that. Just a few cavities filled and some teeth pulled but I always opt for the gas. I guess I just feel justified in having a 'good time' in the name of pain and stress relief.
I hate being numbed up. It makes you feel like the biggest freak and like you're going to eat your lip off. Jackson is getting so cute these days. He's definitely getting his own defined look as opposed to the newborn look.
